The mobility dock is specially designed for charging from a standard domestic household power socket. It uses the vehicle’s existing mode 3 charging cable which is connected between the car and the mobility dock, which is then connected to the mains power. The mobility dock has a range of functions including essential overcurrent protection, excess temperature monitoring and user protection.

Ford accessories have full European warranty cover and do not affect the vehicle’s warranty. Supplier Branded Accessories do not come with a Ford warranty, but are covered by the third party supplier’s own warranty, the details of which are available from your Ford Dealer.
In principle, existing Ford warranties remain. However, restrictions arising from respective warranty conditions equally apply. In particular, it should be noted that Ford assumes no liability for repairs that might be required in consequence of use in motorsport. In case a part is installed which is not permitted on public roads, the general type approval may expire.
